Rangiwahia Bush Walk 6.11.2017

Annual Bush Walk Wednesday 6th December

We will leave Apiti at 9.15 this Wednesday the 6th of December. Bus students will be picked up on the way to Rangiwahia so will be picked up a little later than normal.  The bus students will be given a time before Wednesday as to what time they will be picked up. We will meet at the Rangiwahia Hall at 10.00. Please bring a large morning tea, and water to drink. We will have morning tea at the playground which is beside the hall.
We will then walk to the bush. There are many named native trees and it is an easy walk for all. Everyone is welcome. Please let us know if you are coming.
Students will need a good packed lunch, water, sunblock, a hat and good walking shoes.
After our walk, we will come back to the hall for a toilet stop and then travel to Michael Bourke's Wild life Lake.
We will be back at school at the normal time, with the bus students being dropped off on the way back, so please expect bus students home a little earlier than usual.
Students will need a change of clothes and a towel as we hope to kayak.
If anyone can help with another kayak for the day, please let us know.

Adults who have confirmed so far are Mary, Louise, Pat, Pam, Jock and Steve Bielski.
