Dear Parents,
Cheltenham School would like to invite Apiti School to come
and share a fun day with us and celebrate commonwealth games next Friday the 1st of August.
Suggested Programme
10.30 Arrive
and have morning tea and mingle.
11.00-12.30 Organised games and fun races using
some skills in the commonwealth games and a few extras, like egg and spoon and
sack race popped in for good measure.
12.30-1.30 Lunch and children play own games –
rugby or whatever they wish to participate in.
1.30 ish Farewell.
We know it is
late notice but we would love it if you could help us with transport so we can
participate.
We will need
to leave Apiti School at 10am and will be back at school by 2pm.
Could you
please let Travis or Mrs Digby know on Monday if you are able to help with Transport.
